It is normal to present these at the AGM. Not this year......

Congratulations to our winners. They are:
For the Fair Player Award, one name was easy to select with several votes. The proposers stated that this player played for both 3s and 4s through the whole season travelling about all over to support both teams. Never a cross word and just a pleasure to have at the club. She is always cheerful whatever the result, a great role model for the younger girls too and absolutely and always fair. This is for Helen Degazon.
The Club Person nominations were spread across eight names, and this person came with some strong supporting statements. She has worked really hard this season in the ladies to keep communication flowing between the 4 teams and has been a great go between. It is not always easy getting 4 teams out but it is usually this lady that makes sure we are all kept in touch with what is going on each week. I also know she is a great captain for the 2s plus all the junior hockey she is involved with. She has done coaching, managed, and supported hockey heroes and everything in between. Really pleased to have Hannah Secouet take this award.
For the Young Player Girl award there were five nominations. The winner has played almost every 1st team match, attended a high % of training sessions and is a real keen observer of the game. Her analytical skills within the game are worthy and she is adept at sharing those pertinent points. A problem solver. Well done to Yasmin Marshall.
And finally the Young Player Boy. This is a player in the men’s seconds, and is also a regular member of the under 16 boys squad. He has stepped up easily to playing in the senior team, and shows many skills that upset the opposition defence. Has scored some “cracking” goals and been an assist on many occasions. Pleased to ask Jack Foxley to accept this award.
